Aiken JTT is part of the
USTA Team Tennis Program!

You will need a current USTA membership number
and a credit card.  To update your membership,
go to www.usta.com and click on "MEMBERSHIP."  

NEXT

Go to www.usta.com and find the "TennisLink"
section along the left sidebar.  Click on the
selection "TEAM TENNIS."

Click "enter now" for the TEAM TENNIS option.

On the right side menu, click on "Register for a Team"

From this point, follow one of two paths:

  1.  If you HAVE A TEAM NUMBER that your pro or captain gave you, click on the
link for "Registration if  you have a Team Number" and follow the prompts to fill in the
information.  

  2.  If you DO NOT have a team number,  click on "Don't know or don't have a
Team Number? Click here to Register for a Team Tennis Program"

  Choose "Jr" program, then "SOUTHERN" section, then "SOUTH CAROLINA"
district, "AIKEN" area, and click on "GO"

  You will come to a screen that describes our Aiken JTL program and given the option
to "This Program is open for Registration. To join click here." This season is part of
the 2010 Championship year so be sure to click on the 2010 registration option. Click
there and follow the instructions.  

IMPORTANT NOTES:
The age cut-off is August 31 for the championship year.  For instance, if your child is
12 now but turns 13 before August 31, he or she will need to play in the 14 & Under
division if he or she wishes to be eligible for championship play. Your team captain will
need to know if you are not going to be eligible to go with the team to the state
championships if you play in a lower division.  

Print a copy of your registration receipt for your records.  

If in doubt about the level at which your child should be entered, consult with your pro.
Generally, the 8-and-under QuickStart, the 10-and-under QuickStart, and the
14-and-under beginner divisions are for new players.  If your child has a state
ranking, he or she should be in the intermediate division.

Junior players with a ranking in the top 300 for the USTA Southern Section IN ANY
AGE GROUP as of July 31, 2009 must play at the advanced level.  If you have
questions, consult with your pro.  
How To Sign Up:
2010 SPRING LEAGUE
Our summer season will begin on Friday
April 30 with matches typically played on
Friday and Sunday afternoons.  A kickoff
party to help kids and parents sign up will  
be held Sunday April 23 at Houndslake at
6:00 PM.  This party is intended to
introduce the concept of Junior Team
Tennis to new participants and beginners.
